Hand-sewn empire lampshade, using a beautiful vintage green and gold Indian sari, with gold sequins and a floral pattern, which has been gathered at the bottom and pleated around the top. It has a pleated interior lining, using Indian Silk in a complementary colour, and a bias trim top and bottom which has been made from the sari fabric.

We can produce a limited number of this design - until the fabric runs out!

This beautiful lampshade is entirely hand-sewn by Emma, in our Norfolk home studio, using high-quality fabric and extra strong thread.

As you can imagine, alot of hours go into making these lampshades, using traditional skills.

We do our best to give a true representation of the colour, but the variation of screens means that photos cannot always be 100% accurate. Fabric samples are available, to help you feel more confident in your purchase.

This lampshade has a standard utility ring fitting that will fit most UK or European lamps or pendants, by using or removing the included plastic adapter as necessary.

Where possible the fabric will be sprayed with a water-based fire proofing spray. However, silk and other delicate fabrics cannot be sprayed, as it will stain the fabric. LED light bulbs MUST be used to avoid scorching the fabric. Please contact us if you would like further details.

Please allow 2-3 working days for us to package and dispatch your order.

All our prices include postage within the UK, via Royal Mail Signed For Second Class. As stated on the Royal Mail website - they aim to deliver this service within 2-3 working days, including Saturdays (but not including bank holidays). In our experience, most deliveries achieve this, however, it can occasionally take up to 5 working days.

A faster 24 hour delivery service is available at an additional cost. This can be added at checkout.
